Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@beaulyco.com, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you decide to return your order, you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we shipped the wrong product.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sent back within 30 days of delivery. Once we have received and inspected your return, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method.
