By placing an order with BeaulyCo, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the processing and shipping timeframes outlined in this Shipping Policy.

At BeaulyCo, we strive to process and deliver orders as efficiently as possible. The delivery timeframes provided below are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotional events, inventory audits, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where available.

Orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed once they have entered processing or have been shipped.

Estimated Delivery Times

The following delivery estimates apply after order processing has been completed:

  • United States: 5-12 business days
  • Canada: 7-15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days
  • Europe: 5-15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6-15 business days
  • Rest of World: 7-20 business days

All shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and should not be interpreted as guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Delays

BeaulyCo shall not be held liable for shipping delays resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections
  • Customs processing delays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Labor strikes
  • Public holidays
  • Transportation disruptions
  • Government actions
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Any force majeure event

Customers acknowledge that shipping carriers operate independently and delivery performance is outside of BeaulyCo’s control.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take several business days to become active after shipment.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier. BeaulyCo cannot guarantee the accuracy, frequency, or availability of tracking updates.

In some cases, packages may be transferred between logistics providers, which can temporarily affect tracking visibility.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered during checkout is accurate and complete.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered processing or has been shipped, BeaulyCo cannot guarantee modifications, replacements, or refunds.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.

Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

A package will not be considered lost until:

  • 30 calendar days have passed from the shipment date for domestic orders
  • 45 calendar days have passed from the shipment date for international orders

Prior to these periods, the shipment shall be considered in transit.

If tracking information shows that a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, BeaulyCo is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing packages after delivery.

Customers are encouraged to contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery-related issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

BeaulyCo has no control over such fees and cannot estimate their amount.

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees or import charges, any resulting return shipping costs, customs fees, or carrier charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Delivery Refusals

If a customer refuses delivery of an order for any reason other than carrier-confirmed damage, BeaulyCo reserves the right to deduct any return shipping costs, customs charges, handling fees, and carrier fees from any eligible refund.

Product Availability

Although inventory information is updated regularly, product availability cannot be guaranteed.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, BeaulyCo reserves the right to cancel the affected item or order and issue a refund for the unavailable product.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact BeaulyCo at support@beaulyco.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Order confirmations, shipment confirmations, carrier tracking records, proof of shipment, delivery confirmation, customer communications, and any other relevant documentation may be used as evidence in the resolution of payment disputes.

Fraudulent chargebacks may be contested using all available evidence provided by payment processors, shipping carriers, and order verification systems.
